A new version of the library (v1.0 - Bluebird) has been released, bringing improvements in design consistency, bug fixes, and the introduction of a new component. We’re always working to enhance the JTB_MD experience, and this update focuses on refining the details that matter.

Polishing the Visuals

We know how important consistency is, and we've made a couple of design adjustments to ensure JTB_MD looks and feels just right:

  • Table Headers in Dark Mode: We fixed a color mismatch affecting search and sorting icons when tables were displayed in dark mode. No more awkward contrasts—just clean and cohesive styling.
  • Table Loading Animations: Speaking of tables, we also corrected the color mismatch on their loading areas and animations. Now, the transition from loading to full display is smoother and visually consistent.
  • Input Fields & Textareas: To keep text styling uniform across form elements, we've updated input boxes and textareas to use font-family: inherit, ensuring they align seamlessly with surrounding content.

Squashing Bugs

Even the best buttons deserve some love. We fixed a color issue affecting the loading animation of JTB-Button, so now it behaves exactly as expected across all themes and styles.

Introducing JTB-Textarea

We're excited to introduce a brand-new component to JTB_MD: JTB-Textarea. This multi-line input field lets users enter longer-form content while keeping the same flexibility and customization you love from our form elements. Whether you're collecting user feedback, writing comments, or crafting long messages, JTB-Textarea has got you covered.

This is just the start of what we have planned for upcoming versions, and as always, your feedback is invaluable. Let us know what you think, and stay tuned for more exciting updates.
